Dr. Chethana Sharath is an Internal Medicine doctor with the experience and skills necessary to specialize in puzzling medical problems and ongoing chronic illnesses in adults and elderly patients. She focuses on prevention, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of short and long term multi-organ conditions, such as cardiac diseases, hypertension, diabetes, chronic lung disease, and heart failure. At AST Primary Care, Dr. Sharath treats patients 18 years and older, assists with preventative care including screenings, vaccinations, and health risk assessments to detect problems early and reduce risk of disease. She also offers DOT physicals, biopsies, and care for injuries, infections and general illness.
