Crea Rose, FNP-C

Crea, a Family Nurse Practitioner who is offering primary care services at our Salem location, has served in healthcare for over 10 years. Her nursing background includes experience in acute care, clinical research, hospice, obstetrics, and nursing education. While originally from Georgia, she relocated to southern Illinois in 2017 with her veteran husband, a Salem, IL native, to raise their family. After moving to the area, she realized the incredible need for healthcare providers in her new community, which inspired her to pursue an advanced practice role. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and became dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association Of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). In her role at Advanced Surgical Technology, Crea is committed to providing superior, individualized care to each and every one of her patients.
