Shannon Parks, FNP-C

A southern Illinois native, Shannon Parks brings over 30 years of experience to the AST Primary Care team. She has nursing experience in oncology, surgery, emergency medicine and long term care. Shannon is a Family Nurse Practitioner offering primary care services at our Mt. Vernon location. Beyond a wide range of primary care services, she offers joint injections, management of chronic diseases and she is a certified Botox for Migraine provider. Shannon is passionate about spending the necessary time with her patients and listening to their needs in order to provide the very best, individualized care.
